I came down to Pembroke Pines on Superbowl Sunday weekend, with 2-1/2 days to get everything taken care of to sell my deceased mother’s home in Pembroke Falls. Needless to say, it was a very hectic weekend. I was put in touch with Justin and Claudia by the people who had bought the home next to my mom’s last year. They couldn’t say enough about them. I wound up meeting with Justin Sunday evening, (yes, he’s that dedicated that he missed the Superbowl) and after his presentation, I realized that there was no better team to represent me in the sale of this home. He really knew the subdivision and the property and made me feel totally comfortable leaving it all up to him to handle.
He went right to work, getting the house painted and in showing condition, and getting his crew to film it for the online video tour. It got listed on the MLS on a Thursday, and before the weekend was over, we had multiple offers. It has only been about a month since then, and I’m happy to report that the sale of the house was finalized today. One of the best parts of that is the attention that Justin and Claudia gave the sale to make sure that everything that needed taking care of, got done. Being from out of town, that was very important and helpful to me. I never felt one iota of disappointment. I can’t say enough about their service.
