Justin is a native of South Florida and holds a Masters’ Degree from the University of Florida. A Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2002, Community Association Manager since 1998, Public Notary. Industry Designations include: Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Relocation Specialist-Worldwide ERC, Certified Distressed Property Expert, REO Certified and eAgent. Served on the Agent Leadership Council as Chair of the Advertising & Education Committees; in addition, Justin, is a Certified Top Producer Pro Manage Instructor Trainer.

Justin worked as Community Association Manager for Associa Property Management prior to becoming a Realtor. Duties: Managing Condominium and Home Owners Associations. The experience has afforded him a unique understanding and ability to deal with diverse types of properties in all markets.

In addition, Justin has managed property portfolios for National Lenders & Hedge Funds.  Duties: property acquisition, valuation, renovation oversite and management. Thus, Justin is well qualified to assist with your investment needs.
